Until now, oil samples from our customers travelled abroad for laboratory analysis. With our new in-house laboratory in Ulaanbaatar, results are available within days — so maintenance decisions can be made while they still matter.

What the laboratory measures

• ISO 4406 particle counting and cleanliness codes
• Water content (Karl Fischer titration)
• Viscosity at 40 °C and 100 °C
• Elemental wear-metal analysis

Every cleaning job we perform is now verified with a before/after report from this laboratory.
